Best Sun Cream for a child with sensitive skin / eczema?
Hi, can anyone recommend a sunscreen for an 18 month old with eczema? The variety of shoes is so vast, many say they are hypoallergenic or dermatalogical or mild especially for babies, but last year we have used and recommended for babies and she came a terrible rash (so quick and so fast that I thought it was meningitis and took her to A & E, who said he had a reaction to the sunscreen or possibly had a viral rash, so if anyone can recommend to parents a brand (available in the UK) who have had personal success using with their children, sensitive skin / eczema, I would appreciate your comments, and I will buy the brand with the very positive feedback! thanks.

You could try Dr. Hauschka Sunscreen Cream for Children (SPF22). From the health food store. It's very expensive, but it contains many harmful chemicals in some other brands. It is a mineral sunscreen thus has no chemical sunscreens
the E45 is widely used.
E45 is very good as my brother uses it. but you can get a factor Sun 30 of the stores in good health that are ideal for people with skin allergies. my friend has something similar and your doctor recommended very small amounts of time in bed with special sun in some hospitals, or local tanning center. Exma be cleared very quickly for them and not have to suffer the way they used to. I'm sorry that your son is going through such a terrible skin condition that young. wish you and your family all the best xx
