Okay, so I don’t really have “dry” skin (if anything, I’m probably mildly oily). I don’t punch things either. However, my knuckles (at the base of my hands) just start bleeding for no (known) reason. If I apply any lotion (except for Crabtree & Evelyn’s Gardner’s Friend) my knuckles burn–it’s really painful.

Alright first, Neither me nor my boyfriend has an STD so don’t bother suggesting that.
